  1. Place the almonds, pecans and shredded coconut in a high-powdered blender. Blend until finely chopped, or until the batch’s texture resembles that of almond meal. Remove from the blender, place in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Place the banana, coconut milk, cinnamon and nutmeg in the blender. Blend until well combined.
  3. Remove the blender lid and add the dry mix of almonds, pecans and shredded coconut. Blend until well combined. Remove the blender lid once more and add the blueberries, blending for 3–5 seconds or until the blueberries are lightly chopped.
  4. Transfer to a saucepan and warm for 3–5 minutes over low-medium heat.
  5. Place in a bowl, top with fresh or dried fruit and enjoy! Or store in the refrigerator to enjoy the next day!

  1. Cook sausage, garlic, and onion flakes (if using) in oil over medium high heat until sausage is browned.
  2. Add squash and broccoli and cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Spread sausage and vegetable mix into a 9x13 casserole dish.
  4. In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, almond or coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture over sausage mix.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set and top has started to brown.

  1. Take medium skillet and bring to medium-high heat.
  2. Add ghee and allow to melt.
  3. Add apples and move constantly around the pan, letting cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cinnamon and stir to coat.
  5. Cut open sweet potato and stuff with apples.
  6. Drizzle with cashew butter and sprinkle with any additional cinnamon you want.
  7. Either eat immediately or place in glass storage container to bring to work in the morning.
Recipe Notes
  1. If you want to store the cooked apples and nut butter separately and stuff your sweet potato right before eating – that works too!

  2. Eat cold or reheat in microwave or oven.
